Structure feaure:
(1)The twist spindle of machine controlled by vertical electric motor transmission and frequency. Reach the goal of once turn with double twist by synchronous belt transporting,and change the direction of electric motor can change the direction of twist(S or Zform).
(2) Large wharve(φ330m),diameter of nature mitan is 300mm,weight 7kg,high quantity,low consumption.
(3) The finish of wind-shaped action， due to the double sets traverse cam chest drive double platoon filar guide, and traverse cam chest is drived by motor through timing belt and wheel, then the driving cam lead slider reciprocating motion, it’s controlled by single frequency, also frequency is set as preventing overlap, thereby form as cylindrical roll.
(4)Super feeder roller takes use of single frequency to adjuste.
(5)The whole machine is transported by electric machine with synchronous belt,low noises,small vibra，easily finetune.
